Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

• If you need the same item in a different variation (e.g. color or size), we’ll happily exchange it—just contact us first.

Non-returnable items

• Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Return shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
